**Main Objectives**
In order to support the Operations Division, we are currently looking for a Senior Expert Reporting & Settlement Officer for our Back-Office Settlement Department. You will be in charge of managing the production of Regulatory Reporting such as Emir and Mifid.
You will also be in charge of the booking and the settlement of the redemptions, subscriptions and derivatives instruments. You will ensure the settlement of all transactions instructed by our clients.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Monitor and control the production of the Regulatory Reporting (EMIR, Mifid, Finfrag, CME, CSDR)
- Contribute to improve the reporting processes for our main entities (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal) and for our clients (Private, Institutional)
- Participate in the overall build-up of the Service’s processes and controls to conform with high quality standards as well as an evolving regulatory framework
- Participate in the booking and follow-up of transactions on various products (share, bonds, UCIs, derivatives, structured products, etc.)
- Perform various controls focused on post-trading activities (matching, settlement, incident resolution, etc.)
- Ensure when the case occurs, that appropriate incident memorandum together with remediation plans are established, documented and reported
- Actively participate in various projects relating to the service activities aiming at reinforcing the automatization, reducing risks and costs, improving quality, answering to regulatory constraints
- Coordinate interactions with providers, sub-custodians and other teams
- Follow-up of group mailboxes
- Develop expertise on all the activities, in various matter (Settlement, Legal Reporting, Custody activities...)
- Train juniors collaborators to improve their skills
- Share knowledge and provide assistance to the management.
- Be proactive to solve issues and propose creative solutions to the team and manager when necessary
- Contribute in the writing of procedures and Operating Memorandum and ensure activities are documented and updated.

**Job requirements**
- Studies in Finance, Accounting or Economics (BAC + 4/5) and / or relevant significant experience in Transaction Reporting /Settlement
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required
- Client focus, attention to details
- French (reading and understanding) and English (reading, writing, understanding) are mandatory, another European language is a plus
- Good analytical and organization skills
- Good communication skills are mandatory
- Adaptable to the multi cultural environnement
- Team spirit and team player
We offer a full time undefinite employment contract.
