Senior Financial Reporting Officer – Luxembourg (On-site Contract)
We're looking for a Senior Reporting Officer to join a dynamic and growing reporting team within a top-tier financial institution in Luxembourg. This is a fully on-site contract role, ideal for professionals with strong experience preparing financial statements for investors across Private Equity and Real Estate structures.
What you'll do:
- Lead the preparation of annual and semi-annual financial statements under Lux GAAP, US GAAP, or IFRS
- Oversee the end-to-end reporting process for a portfolio of funds and SPVs
- Review and validate financial statements
- Liaise directly with clients and auditors to ensure high-quality, timely reporting
- Coordinate submissions via client portal and uphold tight reporting deadlines
What you bring:
- 5–10 years' experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, or audit (ideally in alternatives)
- In-depth knowledge of Lux GAAP (US GAAP or IFRS also useful)
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage pressure
- Fluent in English and French
Nice to have:
- Experience with systems like Yardi, GPC, or similar
- German language skills
