**Senior Transactional Securities Expert**

No layers. No waiting on project teams. You’re the expert, so you’ll run with it.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll deal with complex securities operations and get directly involved in the projects that affect them. Because there’s no separate project team to pass things off to (or hold things up).

Based in Luxembourg, you’ll be joining the centralised Securities Trading team, covering both Swiss and Luxembourg entities. You’ll work closely with brokers, custodians, and internal teams, while acting as a first point of contact on high-stakes issues.

**What you’ll do**:

- Process and monitor settlement of equities, bonds, funds, and derivatives
- Handle non-STP flows: enrich transactions, send settlement instructions, reconcile breaks
- Act as escalation point for complex operational issues
- Interact daily with internal teams and external partners
- Support regulatory processes (CSDR, MIFIR, EMIR)
- Contribute directly to projects, service changes, and process improvements
- Write and update procedures, you’ll help shape how things are done

**What you bring**:

- 5+ years in securities operations or similar function
- Strong knowledge of settlement processes and financial instruments
- Fluent in French and English
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in solving problems
- Confident communicator who can handle pressure and work independently
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (CSDR, EMIR, MIFIR) is a plus
