This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join the European Operations Hub of a prestigious bank. Working closely with the Settlement Department, you will head up a small team and act as the expert dedicated to regulatory reporting (EMIR, Mifid, Finfrag, CME, CSDR). Your expertise in transactions will be highly appreciated to translate the regulatory reporting standards related to this specific activity.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Act as the regulatory expert within the Settlements team, monitoring and controlling the production of the regulatory reporting and improving the existing processes for the European entities and the clients of the bank for them to meet the internal quality standards as well as the regulatory framework
- Coach and train the more junior collaborators
- Perform various controls focused on post-trading activities (matching, settlement, incident resolution, etc.)
- Participate in the booking and follow-up of transactions on various products (share, bonds, UCIs, derivatives, structured products, etc.)
- Actively participate in various projects relating to the service activities aiming at reinforcing the automatization, reducing risks and costs, improving quality, meeting the regulatory constraints
- Coordinate interactions with providers, sub-custodians and other teams
- Develop expertise on all the activities, in various matter (Settlement, Legal Reporting, Custody activities...)

**Your Profile**
- You have a solid understanding of the transactions and settlements and a real appetite for the regulatory world.
- You have a very good knowledge of the following regulations: EMIR, Mifid, Finfrag, CME, CSDR.
- Curious, quality driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English (both languages are mandatory as this is a role with a European scope).
