**Prendre en charge la practice Développement Microsoft chez Sword Luxembourg**:
En tant que **Practice Leader**, vous aurez un rôle clé dans la structuration et le développement de notre pôle **Microsoft Development**, avec pour objectif d’enrichir notre expertise et d’accompagner nos clients dans leurs projets stratégiques.
**Vos responsabilités**:
- ** Piloter et encadrer** une équipe de développeurs spécialisés sur les technologies Microsoft (Azure,.NET, Power Platform, etc.).
- ** Participer activement au recrutement, à l’évaluation et à la montée en compétences** de vos collaborateurs.
- ** Développer l’offre Microsoft** en collaboration avec nos partenaires stratégiques et notre équipe commerciale.
- ** Intervenir sur les phases d’avant-vente et les réponses aux appels d’offres** en proposant des solutions adaptées aux besoins de nos clients.
- ** Garantir la bonne exécution des projets** et assurer la satisfaction client.
- ** Collaborer avec Microsoft** pour renforcer notre position sur le marché et anticiper les évolutions technologiques.
- ** Rapporter directement au directeur d’agence** et contribuer activement à la stratégie de croissance du groupe.
**Votre profil**:
- Diplômé(e) d’un **Master en Informatique** (idéalement un Diplôme d’Ingénieur).
- ** 7 ans d’expérience minimum** dans un rôle similaire (Practice Lead, Architecte Microsoft, Chef de projet Développement Microsoft).
- ** Solide expertise sur l’environnement Microsoft** (Azure,.NET, Power Platform, DevOps ).
- ** Expérience dans le secteur financier** (banques, assurances) appréciée.
- Excellentes capacités de leadership, de gestion d’équipe et de communication.
- ** Français courant et bon niveau d’anglais** requis
