The company is located in Luxembourg with 25 to 30 employees. They are currently seeking a Senior Developer/Architect to lead a team of 4 developers. This role combines both technical leadership and team management, with the opportunity to shape and drive the success of their development projects. You will report to the CTO of the company.

Your Responsibilities as Lead Developer/Architect:
As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for managing development projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring resource allocation to meet project deadlines. You will also play a hands-on role as a Lead Developer, guiding your team on technical challenges and contributing directly to the codebase. You will report to the CTO and work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that our software solutions align with business goals.

You will find some missions you will have:

- Lead and mentor a team of 4 developers, ensuring their growth and productivity.
- Manage and prioritize development projects to meet deadlines and business needs.
- Master software development management such as agile, waterfall, scrum.
- Actively participate in the development process, contributing to code in Python, TypeScript and Node.js.
- Oversee the implementation of new features, bug fixes, and system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and operations.
- Ensure code quality and best practices are upheld across the team.
- Identify resource needs and help allocate them effectively within the team.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to team members.

Required skills for this role of Lead Developer/Architect:

- You have at least 8 years of professional experience as a developer, Python and NodeJS preferred
- You have at least 3 years of experience as Lead Developer / Team Leader and leading or mentoring a development team.
- You have good knowledge of working with relational databases.
- You have a strong knowledge of microservices architectures.
- You have a good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- You have a strong understanding of the software life cycle and best practices.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You are fluent in English (mandatory) and ideally have a good level of French.
