**Qualifications**:
- _ Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation_
- _ Strong project management skills_
- _ Ability to work with different cultures and customers_
- _ Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences especially CxOs and strong presentation skills._
- _ Demonstrate effective balance between business with excellent adoption and change management skills and technical acumen on Copilot and agents._
- _ Ability to lead and motivate technical communities and be public speaker_
- _ Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change and in constant learning mode._

Qualifications:_**
- _ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent._
- _ Fluent in English, French and/or German, Dutch, any third language is appreciated_
- _ No relocation is possible_
**_ Experience_**_ :_
- _ Relevant experience working in a customer-facing and working with Customer success teams_
- _ Relevant experience in systems development, network operations, software support, IT consulting_
- _ Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing M365 solutions._
- _ Analytical Problem Solving_
- _ Proven trach record of building relationships with senior IT and business decision makers_
- _ Ability to explain complex topics in ways that can be understood by technical and business decision makers._
- _ Exceptional verbal and written communication skill and fluency in French and English_
- _ Change Management, transformation, trusted advisory, and customer focus skills to influence on Consumption/Adoption M365 Customers_
- _ Relationship Building: Proven track record of building deep relationships with BDM & senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships, leading value proposition conversations to get consensus on solution/projects._

- _ Large scale Microsoft 365_
- _ M365 Security and compliance_
- _ Copilot for M365, Copilot chat_
- _ Agents creation and governance (min through M365, Copilot Studio)_

- _ M365 Apps (esp Teams, VIVA)_
- _ Teams deployment_
- _ SharePoint Online & Search indexing_
- _ Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, AI,)._
