iNAV is an innovative Data & Analytics tool developed in house by the Financial Innovation and Technology team, iFIT, to provide specialized services in the areas of portfolio valuation and investment fund benchmarking.

Due to its success and rapid growth, iNAV services are now used globally within the KPMG network to provide clients with a broad range of analytical reports. As a Lead ETL Developer in the iFIT department, you will be in a technical role taking care not only of developments but also operational and commercial activities.

**We are seeking a Lead ETL Developer**

**What you will be working on**

Be responsible of the data quality and ETL production operations related to iNAV software

Supervise, coach and help in the development of new skillset for the junior ETL developers

Support the management in their decisions for the performance review of junior team members

Translate business and functional requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions that work well within the overall data architecture

Define, implement, operate, and tune ETL/ELT processes

Implement data structures using best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, SQL job scripts

Design/review ETL process job chain finding root cause of job failure and resolving performance issues

Design/review data tables to enhance performance of data integrations

Debug and resolve the issues for complex SQL job scripts

Perform unit testing and prepare unit test documents for the load run to ensure reliability

Ability to support the development of system and data quality documentation, standards, and procedures (e.g., data and business rules catalog)

Work in agile environment with the technical team

**What we look for**

Education requirements: Master Degree in Computer Science, or any other Technology related domain

Fluent in English (French or German as second language will be considered as an asset)

Experience developing ETL using data integration tools is mandatory

Experience gathering requirements from end users and translating to functional specifications is an asset

Experience with Business Intelligence tools from the Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) is an asset

Experience with Front End development with ReactJS will be considered as an asset
