Payroll & HR Advisor

Your responsabilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for comprehensive HR administrative support, from onboarding to offboarding employees.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
**Employee Administration**: Managing employee records, handling individual files, and ensuring compliance with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
**Payroll Management**: Collaborating closely with the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll cycles and addressing any employee queries.
**Cross-functional HR Projects**: Taking an active part in various HR initiatives, including employer branding, process improvement, and digitalization of HR practices.
**Onboarding and Training Support**: Guiding new hires through the onboarding process, organizing initial training sessions, and ensuring each employee enjoys a seamless integration experience.
PROFIL
**Experience**: You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll management (either within various companies or with a service company), and you're now looking to join an internal HR department to broaden your expertise.
**Languages**: You're fluent in both French and English, essential for thriving in this international setting.
**HR Skills**: You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with HR administrative functions.
**Interpersonal Skills**: You enjoy teamwork, communicate effectively, and are skilled at prioritizing tasks.
**Initiative**: You're project-oriented and driven by the chance to contribute to the continuous growth and improvement of HR processes.
