**La fonction**:
Cette fonction est en contact avec les clients et les vendeurs du monde entier (par mail et moins régulièrement par téléphone).

Nombreuses interactions (par mail ou teams/téléphone) avec les autres départements (Engineering, Achats, Production Service après-vente,) de la société (en Belgique également et à l’étranger).

Reporting line : Commercial Director.

Produit : Compresseurs haute pression - Marché du soufflage des bouteilles PET (Food and Beverage).

Principales activités (détails cf. DF en annexe)
- Gestion de la boîte mails du département et du secteur dont la/le « Sales Coordinator » est en charge
- Préparation des offres
- Lancement des dossiers de commande
- Suivi des commandes et correspondances jusqu’à prise en charge de la logistique et du département après-vente

**Le profil**:
Profil
- Formation : Bachelier Assistant(e) de direction, en Langues germaniques, en Commerce extérieur.
- Expérience : jeunes profils acceptés.
- Très bonne connaissance de l’outil informatique
- Esprit commercial orienté « customer first »
- Méticuleux / méthodique / organisé
- Autonome
- Esprit d’équipe
- Calme / posé / diplomate

Connaissances linguistiques
- Français : minimum C1
- Anglais : minimum B2
- Allemand : minimum B2 (une personne germanophone serait un atout)
