Aifm Client Relationship Manager Private Equity

MAIN MISSION
As part of the Client Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships with Fund Managers / GPs of the Alternative Investment Funds serviced by the Private Equity & Real Estate Desk (Private Debt, Private Equity and Real Assets asset classes). Client retention and client satisfaction will be your primary goals. You will nurture the relationships by being in close contact with your clients and developing an understanding of their strategy as well as the associated business needs and by ensuring these are fulfilled.
DUTIES
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with our clients;
- Coordination with internal departments: Fund structuring, Corporate secretary, Fund accounting, Investor services, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Valuation, Compliance, Client Project Management, Reporting;
- Act as main point of contact of the Fund Manager / GP orchestrating fund transactions together with operation teams;
- Understand and follow-up of fund investment transactions;
- Review and approve our service invoices;
- Organize and lead strategic client reviews;
- Identify cross-sell opportunities, coordinate service presentations and prepare service proposals;
- Participate in industry events;
- Participate in the preparation/review/negotiation of agreements, offering documents, service offers,...;Liaising with clients (Fund Managers and GPs) and third parties (AIFM, auditors, legal advisors, tax advisors).
PROFILE
- Very good knowledge of the AIF (SIF, SICAR, RAIF, unregulated AIFs) asset servicing activities, industry best practices and regulatory frameworks;
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent;
- At least 7 years’ experience in asset servicing (PE RE fund servicing, AIFM, Big 4,);
- Fluent in French and English, Italian is a plus;
- High knowledge of Private Debt, Private Equity and Real Assets asset classes;
- Proactive with a client service oriented approach;
- Very well organized with a good sense of prioritization;
- Good communications skills and team worker;
- Hands on, problem-solving and entrepreneurial approach.
