**Your responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Equity Real Estate Fund Manager to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Fund Manager, you will be responsible for overseein g the operational aspects of our private equity real estate funds. You will play a crucial role in managing all activities required in Luxembourg, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing financial reportings, and maintaining strong investor relationships.
- Ensure comprehensive financial management of funds, including reviewing and approving business plans, managing capital calls and cashflows, and overseeing Luxembourg / German tax returns.
- Support internal and external reporting, including INREV NAV reporting and oversee quarterly NAV calculations
- Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to legal requirements across all aspects of fund operations.
- Participate in investment committees and serve as a board member across all levels
- Manage and coordinate relationships with various stakeholders, including AIFMs, banks, legal and tax advisors, auditors
- Controlling and approving all significant aspects of the operations of the Luxembourg managed entities, including new leases and negotiation milestones, lease terminations, CapEx and TI measures.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration/ Economics (real estate studies is an asset)
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the accounting, tax or fund industry. Ideally in the Fund/Asset-Management with a Luxembourg AIFM or in the audit of Real Estate/Private Equity/Debt Funds with an audit company
- Knowledge of EU and Luxembourg law and regulations with a focus on AIFs and AIFMs/Management Companies is preferred
- You are a strong team player and have organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- You have an independent and reliable way of working
- You have high verbal and written communication skills in English (additional German is a benefit)
- You have knowledge of Luxembourg and German GAAPs (knowledge of IFRS is an advantage)
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office and general good understanding of IT infrastructure
