Notre client est l'un des leaders du conseil indépendant en Europe.
Présent dans plusieurs villes européennes, ce pure player du conseil souhaite renforcer sa présence sur le marché Luxembourgeois.
En raison d'un remplacement, nous sommes à la recherche d'un / d'une Business Analyst - Consultant/e Energie.
VOTRE MISSION
Contribuer à la gestion de projets dans l'Industrie, les Services et l'Énergie.
Animer des ateliers, créer des livrables et gérer les projets.
Comprendre les besoins des clients en satisfaction, performance et transformation.
Traduire les modèles de processus existants en normes BPMN.
Aider à la réorganisation des environnements de processus clients.
Archiver les processus obsolètes et identifier les lacunes.
Créer et actualiser les modèles de processus.
Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et implémenter des solutions.
Structurer et piloter des programmes de transformation.
Développer des compétences dans l'Industrie, les Services et l'Énergie.
VOTRE PROFIL
Bac +5 d'une grande école d'ingénieurs ou équivalent.
2 à 5 ans d'expérience en modélisation et gestion de processus.
Connaissances en conseil en management dans l'Industrie, les Services, l'Énergie.
Compétences en animation, résolution de problèmes et rédaction.
Mobilité au Luxembourg et au-delà, permis de conduire un plus.
COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
Formation technique ou expérience métier.
Gestion de projet solide.
Français et Anglais, allemand et luxembourgeois bonus.
Dynamisme, créativité, pragmatisme et engagement.
