Nous cultivons notre différence._ - Dans le cadre de son développement, _**_Cardif Lux Vie_**_ propose pour son pôle Investment Compliance un/une :_ **Investment Compliance Officer (H/F)** **Administration des fonds internes** **CDI** **Environnement de travail** Rattaché(e) au département Finance et intégré(e) dans l’équipe Investment Compliance, vous assurez la gestion de l’activité journalière des fonds internes, relative à la mise en place et au suivi des conventions de gestion des fonds. **Votre mission**: - Vous serez en charge de: - La création des fonds internes d'assurance pour les nouvelles souscriptions - La mise à jour de la base de données des fonds internes - La rédaction et l'envoi des conventions de gestion - Le suivi des suspens et des retours - Vous serez amené à participer à des demandes ponctuelles - Mailings aux gestionnaires financiers - Collecte de documentation - Différents projets liés aux activités du département **Apports du poste**: Votre performance sur ce poste fonctionnel vous permet de développer votre sens du service client et vos compétences techniques. Vous pouvez à terme évoluer en interne au sein de nos autres lignes de métiers opérationnelles ou supports. **Votre profil****: **Etudes **:Bac+3 minimum, orientation Administration Economique et Sociale, Economie, Finance **Expérience professionnelle **:une expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire (Assurances ou Banques) peut être considérée comme un atout **Compétences techniques**: - Maîtrise des outils informatiques Excel et Word - Une première connaissance des instruments et des marchés financiers serait appréciée **Compétences comportementales**: - Capacité à collaborer / travail d’équipe - Capacité d’organisation - Rigueur - Proactivité **Compétences transverses**: - Capacité d’analyse **Compétences linguistiques**: - Pratique courante du français. - Anglais est souhaité. - L’italien constituerait un avantage. **Lieu principal**: Luxembourg **Type d'emploi**: CDI **Domaine d'activité**: CONFORMITE **Niveau d'Etudes***: Bachelor / Licence ou équivalent (>= 3 ans) **Niveau d'expérience***: Au moins 1 an **Horaire**: Temps plein
