Investment Compliance Officer

Vos missions au quotidien **Main task**: The Compliance Controller's main task is to set up, carry out and adapt investment restriction controls on one or more clients in order to check the legal and statutory limits and to cover the commitments detailed in the SLA "Investment Restriction Control". He/she performs this function under a delegation of service from the management company. **Tasks and responsibilities**: - Ensure coverage of a scope of controls on investment funds for one or more dedicated clients as well as eligibility analyses on all NAV instruments - Coordinate the proper implementation and monitoring of new fund setups between the various stakeholders in the onboarding process - Contribute to strengthening controls through operational efficiency - Act as organiser, participant and coordinator in setting up periodic Fund Compliance Committees with the client - Study the impact of new regulations on investment restriction controls - Implement and update operating methods and/or procedures relating to the activity - Answer the auditors' questions during audits - Establish the declarations to the CSSF within the framework of the CSSF Circular 2002/77 and carries out the impact calculations - Participate in ad hoc service reviews for a dedicated client - Participate in internal working groups on regulatory issues - Contribute to process reviews and the development of RFPs Et si c'était vous ? **What if it was you?** **Operational skills** - Level of study: BAC+5 (Master's Degree) - Knowledge of Sim Corp Dimension would be an advantage - German and English both compulsory, notions of French is an advantage - Good knowledge of regulations and case law relating to investment funds (UCITS, FIS, AIFMD) - Good understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the different stakeholders in fund management and administration - Good knowledge of the functioning and life cycle of a UCITS fund - Good accounting skills and knowledge of financial products - Good drafting skills **Soft skills** - Organisation and meticulousness - Analytical and deductive skills - Good interpersonal skills - Process-oriented approach - Team spirit Plus qu'un poste, un tremplin Société Générale Luxembourg is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path.
