Conducting Officer Compliance

The company is well established in Luxembourg, mid-sized team (5-10 people) and is looking for its next Conducting Officer focusing on UCITS and AIFs (PE/RE)
This a great opportunity for someone who would like to take his/her next step and become Conducting Officer.
They would like to find someone matching the company culture, meaning someone caring about governance, equality, and sustainability.
As you will be the solely responsible for Compliance in Luxembourg, they need someone with broad compliance experience (at least regulatory framework for funds in Luxembourg) and you’ll report directly to the Head of Luxembourg.
**Some of the duties include**:
- Compliance and regulatory monitoring: follow up on new regulations, look at the impact it will have on the company, and take action;
- Monitor and improve processes and policies;
- Be responsible for Compliance Monitoring Plan;
- Identify gaps and potential risk in compliance;
- Monitor the implementation of risk-migrating measures;
- Be the point of contact for the CSSF;
- Reporting to board of directors and prepare reports for monthly management committee meetings (including recommendations);
**Jobs requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance in Luxembourg;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience in alternative funds (PE, RE, Debts, Infrastructure) or UCITs funds;
- Take initiatives, possesses great organizational skills;
- Strong attention to details.
