FundRock-LRI are looking to recruit an Investment Compliance Analyst in Luxembourg, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. In your first few weeks in this Investment Compliance Analyst role, you can expect to: - Implement, monitor and maintain investment restrictions in line with legal, regulatory or contractual, including ESG requirements - Assess and classify breaches, including inter-alia CSSF reporting pursuant to Circular 02/77 - Follow-up on compliance issues to ensure prompt resolution - Perform eligibility checks according to UCITS requirements - Contribute during fund/ client on-boarding process, ad-hoc requests or project work - 2-3 years of experience with investment compliance monitoring, related systems/ tools and corresponding regulatory requirements - Xentis knowledge (an asset) - Good understanding of Luxembourgish regulatory requirements concerning investment restrictions and eligibility criteria (i.e UCITS, AIFMD) - Good command of Microsoft Office You'll receive an excellent salary and benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
