A degree - Relevant experience in an HR role operating in an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment - Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions - Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership - Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English - Relevant experience building up internal networks and influencing stakeholders without authority. As Senior HR Business Partner you will partner the senior operational team in your region/business area operating with high levels of autonomy.
