**Main responsibilities**:

- Support your Director and Partner in developing our valuation desk and maintains excellent client relationships;
- Participate in valuation engagements, including business valuations, strategic and valuation reviews;
- Take part in the structuring of private equity and real estate transactions;
- Design valuation and pricing models;
- Tackle challenging valuations for options and warrants;
- Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private securities, using accepted and relevant approaches and theory;
- Participate in real estate valuations;
- Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement;
- Present your conclusions in written reports.

**Main requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Management;
- ** From 1 to 4 years’ experience in Valuation in an audit or consulting firm**, or as analyst in an investment bank, asset manager, private equity house or rating agency (**ideally in Luxembourg**);
- Fluent in **French and English** (any other language is considered an asset);
- Enrolment in a professional qualification such as **CFA, CAIA is a plus**;
- Attention to details and willingness to take on responsibilities inside our team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to prioritise tasks and master new industries quickly.
