**We are seeking an Experienced Consultant in Valuation for our Risk Consulting department**

Risk Consulting delivers a wide range of risk related services to our clients. A career as an Experienced Valuation Consultant in our financial engineering team provides you with hands-on opportunities to help our clients in analyzing, validating, developing, and implementing complex valuations, financial models and other risk related solutions designed at protecting or adding value to their business. Our engagements are a mix of short and long duration, client-site, and office-based work in Luxembourg and across borders.
We are seeking outstanding individuals who will enhance a team committed to be the market leader by size and reputation.

**What you will be working on**
- Advising and helping our clients in analyzing, validating, developing, and implementing valuation and other solutions designed at protecting or adding value to their business
- Contributing to the implementation of models and valuation solutions in line with best practices
- Assisting in audit engagements as a pricing expert
- Engaging in a broad range of risk related topics and providing versatile service to our clients from the banking industry
- Providing creative and sound technical solutions for our clients, as well as dealing with new challenges
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and other key stakeholders
- Designing new offers/proposals for our current and potential clients

**What we look for**
- You have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, preferable in a valuation, financial engineering, risk, or portfolio management function within a bank or an AIFM.
- You are passionate about financial services, capital markets and financial instruments.
- You have a background in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Master degree or PhD in mathematics, physics, engineering, quantitative finance or similar fields.
- You have a sound knowledge of pricing models for equity, credit, interest rate and FX derivatives.
- You have a strong command of Microsoft Excel including VBA, ideally programming skills in Matlab, R, Python or Numerix as well as practical experience with market data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.).
- A professional certification such as CQF, FRM, CFA or CAIA is considered as a strong asset.
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- You are fluent in English. German and/or French language skills will be considered an advantage.
