**Senior Legal Officer - Ambitious Fiduciary, Financial Companies, Luxembourg City
Our partnership with a fast-growing fiduciary frames the current search for a **Senior Legal Fund Officer. **This position is being created in the context of the company's business expansion.

The fiduciary offers a complete range of services including domiciliation services. The clientele is exclusively composed of financial companies and includes SOPARFIS/Holdings, SCSP, debt funds and securitization vehicles to name a few.

The environment and atmosphere that were curated over the years are intended to be benevolent and sociable. Thus, the firm’s dynamic team evolves by working closely together. The functioning of the fiduciary is driven by a flat hierarchy. This directly informs the open and effective communication within the team. You will have the opportunity of exchanging ideas with the key members of the structure and to collaborate with them daily.

**Your Responsibilities **|** Fiduciary - Legal - Corporate**
- You administer the daily legal proceedings of the entities in your portfolio, from the constitution to the liquidation. Along the journey, you accompany your clients, by bringing your analysis and relevant advice to their projects.
- You prepare and analyze all kinds of legal documentation related to the administrative life of your portfolio (board minutes, statutory changes, etc.)
- You advise your clients on Tax and regulatory legislation and anticipate solutions in terms of compliance.
- You act as a bridge between your clients, the accounting team and third parties involved across the value creation chain of the entities in your portfolio (banks, auditors, lawyers etc.).

**Profile and Career Path **|** Fiduciary - Legal - Corporate**
- You have between 3 and 6 years of experience in a fiduciary, PSF, ManCo or in the Big Four Luxembourg.
- You communicate masterfully in French and English, in writing and verbally.
- You have a strong background in fund administration and insights into Luxembourg’s industry.
- You are rigorous and demanding of yourself and lead by example.

- The very attractive compensation package offered by this structure will be based in part on your experience, academic background and technical skills. For the rest, you could benefit from a bonus of up to two months’ salary.
