An asset management company, based in Luxembourg with a strong presence in the market, is offering an exciting opportunity for a legal professional. Ideally, we are seeking for our client someone who has worked or is currently working as a PA or Paralegal in a law firm. This individual must demonstrate organizational qualities and exemplary attention to detail in document drafting, skills often developed through training in a renowned law firm.
**Legal Senior Officer/Paralegal - The role will involve**:
Assisting our current paralegal in drafting agendas, minutes, investment updates, as well as all other COSEC and KYC tasks. The goal is for this person to bring sufficient experience to also train their current assistant. Responsibilities will include drafting meeting minutes, managing notarial deeds, and knowledge of capital increase (advisory).
Have a university degree in law, preferably a master's, along with a CCDL if possible. They must demonstrate a team spirit, have a balanced temperament while being able to take initiatives. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Luxembourg is required, with proficiency in both English and French being mandatory. Stability and team cohesion are key values of our corporate culture.
