We are happy to present you this role of Senior Legal Officer in a human-sized fiduciary of less than 10 people. With offices ideally located near Hamilius tram station, allowing you to easily commute by public transportation, they offer an ideal location for cross-border workers.

Their brand-new offices offer a really pleasant work atmosphere. We had the pleasure of visiting their new offices and can assure you will feel satisfied evolving in such a nice environment. For the past years, the fiduciary has developed a financial client base primarily composed of HNWI investing in a variety of sectors, and for which you will ensure the corporate governance of SOPARFI, Holdings and SPV.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Senior Legal Officer - Legal - Corporate - Fiduciary - PSF - Law**
- You are responsible for a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI, Holdings and SPV for which you oversee the daily lifecycle, from the incorporation to the liquidation/dissolution.
- You are in charge of drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as resolutions, board minutes, and other documents that may arise in the context of incorporations, liquidations or statutory changes.
- It is important that you ensure regular communication with your clients and that you answer their requests with precision. You will take on any necessary filings with the Luxembourg Trade Register (change of seat, capital increase and decrease, directorship changes ) as well as the approval of annual accounts.

- For this role, you have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate/Legal Officer in a fiduciary, PFS or investment firm in Luxembourg.
- You acquired experience with financial companies and feel autonomous with these types of entities.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite, whereas knowledge of French and/or Russian will be an additional plus.
- You demonstrate stability in your career path and wish to join a small structure where there are ample growth and evolution prospects in the future.
- You have an easy going and dynamic personality, allowing you to easily integrate in a new team. If you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, that is also an added plus, but not a must.
