Supporting the ArcelorMittal vision and strategy, Group Human Resources ensures coordination and synergies across the regions to promote leading HR practices.
Group Human Resources sets the direction and develops frameworks globally for people practices and processes within the company, ensuring implementation of the people strategy and focusing on making a positive difference to the people experience in ArcelorMittal.
HR strategy is developed around 5 tenets that are:
- resource the organisation
- develop our people
- motivate & engage our employees
- organization effectiveness
- strengthen the HR capabilities
Group HR works closely with the regions to define key priorities and policies to support business strategy.
**Main missions**:
- Be a business partner and support the regions.
- Develop best in class Human Resources policies (e.g. compensation) and processes (e.g. Performance Management, workforce planning, etc.) to be deployed and managed group wide.
- Ensure group optimization, assess operating performance and set targets/themes for improvement.
- Develop and manage companywide training and development programs.
- Identify and anticipate Corporate and Region Human Resources challenges.
- Identify and promote best practices across the Group and capture synergies
- Benchmark Human Resources practices against external organisations.

- **Organizational change **which encompasses cultural change, Diversity and Inclusion, strategic workforce planning, HR controlling and reporting, HR academy and Policies & Procedures
- **HR Systems **which comprehend the entire OneHRIS landscape and the MyHR roadmap, the Group Talent suite solutions.
- **People engagement **focusing on engagement methodology, its deployment, and actions for improvements. Including aspects of Health and Wellbeing.

What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for defining, planning, and managing the strategy of:
**Organizational change**
- **Organizational transformation**
- Cultural change
- Cut the crap
- Project management HR support
- Change management (e.g., new HQ)
- Climate change - people risk and impact
- **Strategic Workforce Planning**
- Holistic view on demand and supply of workforce globally
- Creation SWP expert group, to exchange best practices
- SWPs for key resource areas (female talent, specific functional capabilities, specific geographical areas)
- Diversity and Inclusion as a journey, daily practice as H&S.
- Support organization of the D&I Council
- Follow up on Group actions
- Review/update of policies and procedures
- **HR Controlling & Reporting**
- Global HR figures (FTE, TCOE )
- Benchmarking
- HR Policies & Procedures
**People Engagement**
- **Speak Up +**
- Organization of the Speak Up + rounds and analysis
- Coordination of global initiatives to drive engagement and its impacts in the segments.
- Follow action planning execution of Segments.
- **Health & Wellbeing**
- Coordination of global actions on mental health
- Development of a framework on health and wellbeing
- Facilitate experience sharing among the segments.
- Work closely with Health and Safety teams
**HR Communication**
- Build trust by strengthening and establishing clear, consistent, and regular communication between HR and our audiences.
- Serve as a bridge between HR and Corporate Communications using company purpose and new People Strategy as guiding light.
- Leverage communications to support Group goals. Examples include Diversity & Inclusion metric, improving productivity, increasing engagement, etc.
- Raise awareness and inform about full suite of ArcelorMittal’s HR offerings

- Further integration with the missing Segments
- Support and maintenance
- Integration with multiple systems and tools
- **MyHR - Oracle**
- Coordination and design modules
- Planning and rollout of modules
