**ABOUT MC SQUARE S.A.**

We are an independent chapter 15 third party management company and an authorized alternative investment fund manager based in Luxembourg.

We offer fund solutions to Asset Managers, Investment Advisors and Family Offices looking to set-up a Fund in fields such as Listed Securities, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Private Equity, Debt and Fund of Funds.

We manage more than 100 different Funds for a total amount exceeding EUR 6.8 billion.

**ABOUT THE JOB**

The** Audit Coordination & Oversight Officer** is a member of the **General Administration Department**, within a Team mainly in charge of the following activities:

- Oversight activities related to Distributors, Central Administrations (Transfer Agency (T.A.). and Fund Accounting (F.A.)), and Depositary Banks;
- Funds’ Audit process coordination;
- Funds’ Board meeting coordination; and
- Domiciliary activities.

**Missions**:
Within the General Administration Department, the **Audit Coordination & Oversight Officer **is in charge, for Funds managed, of:

- Participating in funds audit coordination and providing support during audit process;
- Overseeing activities for:

- Distributors through periodic Distribution KPI Reports;
- Central Administrations - Administrative Agents through periodic F.A. KPI Reports;
- Central Administrations - Transfer Agents through periodic T.A. KPI Reports;
- Depositary Bank trough periodic Depositary KPI Reports.
- Ensuring exhaustivity, quality and consistency of Reports;
- Participating in periodic funds Supervisory Committee;
- Participating in funds boards meeting coordination, ensuring that supporting documents proposed in Board pack are in line with standards, and participating in Boards meeting.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Background**
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in a comparable position in the Luxembourg Investment Funds industry, a credit institution, a consulting firm, or a Big 4.
- Master degree in business (or another Fund Industry related field) or equivalent professional experience.

**Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to present credibly and persuasively at all levels of the organization,
- Very dynamic and results-oriented personality,
- Good knowledge of the investment fund industry,
- Strong capacity for team work, motivation, reliability, resilience and service-oriented approach,
- Organizational talent, personal initiative and ability to develop solutions independently,
- Fluency in English is mandatory and ideally in French; Other languages would be an advantage
