The VIE - Fund & Finance Project Manager is in charge of the implementation of events approved by the Amundi products committee and different others related tasks.
The Product Implementation Officer brings a high level of expertise, has a strong autonomy and an excellent knowledge of the third party providers and the Group in the realization of his missions.
**Starting date : 1st of May 2025**
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Coordinate and plan with the various stakeholders (Fund Administration, Transfer Agent, Custodian, Middle Office, Portfolio Manager etc..) funds' launches and any others funds events modification (liquidation, merger, reshape, dividend distribution, fees change, etc.)
- Critical reading of Amundi Luxembourg fund prospectus amendments
- Sending the technical information needed to carry out the fund events
- Daily monitoring of the smooth operations and proposal of corrective measures as needed
- Advise management, marketing officers and product specialists on the technical and operational feasibility of group projects
- Contact person responsible for the product database (ALTO PRODUCT CENTER)
- Improved procedures for the activity
- Cash and Securities account opening
- Coordination of all the tax items related to the Funds
- Contact person for our tax advisory
- Upload on Amundi websites the funds legal documentation (prospectuses, Annual Report, Semi-Annual Report)
- Control on annual basis the share class OGC consistency
