**Your Challenge**
- Preparation of annual and semi-annual reports
- Coordination between Fund BoD, clients and auditors
- Reporting/publication/filing to supervisory authorities
- Preparation of the distribution proposals, coordination with the customers, Initiation of payments
- Data delivery for the determination of the key tax figures, monitoring of publication of the key tax figures.
**Your Profile**
- You have already gained first experiences in fund reporting or are highly motivated to gain experience
- You provide knowledge of accounting practices, financial markets and investment management industry standards
- You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and German, French would be considered as an advantage
- You have a good knowledge of MS-Office products (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
- You have a client-oriented mindset with a service-oriented mentality
- You are a natural problem solver, keen on finding the best solutions and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines
- You also have outstanding interpersonal skills and enjoy working in an international environment.
