Attract, develop and retain B2B accounts and carry out the actions defined in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives in the hotels Business Plans._ - Limited contract position for one year - **Your Tasks**: - Assists the DOS/AsDOS in the preparation of budgets for the assigned segment and/or markets and sectors and in the preparation of the hotel Business Plans - Monitors and reports the achievement of objectives with the accounts/areas/segments under their direct responsibility coordinating the monitoring of the latter with the Sales Managers of each segment - Implements the actions defined in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the segment, geographic area or sectors assigned to their portfolio - Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations **What are we looking for?** - You have a successful completed degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar fiel - You are looking forward to start a new career opportunity - You are a teamplayer and know how to bring up your strenghts in a pro active way - You are fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus **At Meliá we are all VIP** - At Meliá Hotels International, we are committed to _**_equal opportunities between women and men_**_ in the workplace, with the commitment of management and the principles contained in Human Resources policies.
