If you join our team you will get first-hand, full-immersion experience in dealing with the real-world issues of ingesting, transforming and serving big data. **What we are looking for**: The Financial Controller will work as part of the Financial team to assist with regards to various tasks. This full-time position reports to the CFO. The Fiancial Controller will assist the organization to create and update reports, control and analysis, assets control and help developing financial planning and controlling processes, design and implement financial controlling plans and support the development of projects and businesses. **Your responsibilities will include**: - In order to support the organization’s finance and business functions, the Financial Controller will perform all controlling functions. - He/She/It will also be part of the accounting team to assist in completing regular financial reporting and accounts. - Manage and develop business financial controlling and financial controlling plans and analysis. - Manage, create and perform budgets and assist in key financial reports. - Manage and assist on budget and financial statements creation. - Provide financial analysis and forecasting to design and oversee the execution of the budgets. - Crypto, DeFi, Blockchain experience - Ensure compliance. - Monitor and support new start-ups. - Analyze new business in the crypto sector and financial controlling. **Skills**: Responsible for controls, the Financial Controller must possess strong quantitative abilities (accounting, reporting analysis) and excellent written and oral communication skills. **Core skills**: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent - Showing a previous finance, accounting and controlling experience ( >5 years) - Demonstrating management skills - Professional qualifications. **Advanced skills (Desirable)**: Possessing a Master and/or other equivalent degrees - Having experience in Private Equity or investment funds or in multinational firms - Some experience in the technology sector - Knowledge of Crypto currency market and operations - Experience in managing projects and start-ups - Industry-specific financial experience - Proficiency in a second language. **What you will get in return**: - Being part of one of the greatest DeFi, AI and blockchain teams in the world that aims to create beneficial Artificial General Intelligence for the good of humanity - The opportunity to help build a groundbreaking AI-driven metaverse together with other world-leading experts. - A lot of freedom and responsibility in organizing your work hours and location - Opportunities to advance your career in many potential directions - Salary and benefits are in line with your experience and location you are based. **The company reserves the rights of changing or updating this job description any time** Pay: €1.00 per year
