- Finance**We are working with a growing Real Estate Investment firm to add to their Fund Accounting and Controls team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounting management and Oversight for Private Capital and Real Assets fund classes
- Support and coordinate audit of portfolio company vehicles
- Review the accounting output for our portfolio of funds and entities from our service provider including oversight of NAV quarterly reviews
- Interaction with internal colleagues in Luxembourg, Stockholm and International locations and advisers
- Direct liaison with the external auditors for Funds and portfolio company vehicles
**Your profile**:

- Previous experience in fund administration of a service provider or AIFM or 3rd Party ManCo or working within Audit in the Fund space/ Accounting experience in Big 4
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles (Lux GAAP and preferably US GAAP), oversight of NAV reviews
- Have a personal drive and strive for excellence / success / outperformance. Willingness to develop and learn. A person who walks the extra mile, takes responsibility and wants to deliver high quality.
- Professional work attitude, high work ethics and high energy level, flexibility and ability to work under pressure and getting things done independently. Take your own initiatives, be structured and have a strong ability to plan his/her own work.
