**Project Manager**

Fonction:
Vous êtes la personne clé dans l’entreprise pour tout ce qui concerne l’optimisation technique et budgétaire des contrats conclus avec des entreprises de construction générale et de travaux routiers. Vous en assurez le suivi et la bonne exécution.
- Vous assurez la rentabilité des projets immobiliers en ce qui concerne les techniques et coûts de construction
- Vous analysez et optimisez les différentes études fournies par nos auteurs de projets (architectes, ingénieurs en stabilité, géomètres, certificateurs PEB/CPE, etc.).
- Vous préparez les négociations et les analyses de coûts afin de négocier avec le responsable Promotion les différents partenariats de l'entreprise.
- Vous êtes le garant du respect des engagements pris en termes de qualité de prestation, de coût et de délai.
- Vous réalisez les décomptes financiers et le suivi de la facturation avec les partenaires désignés.
- Vous assurez le suivi technique des biens immobiliers conservés en portefeuille par l’entreprise. Dans ce cadre, vous réalisez des appels d’offres et le suivi nécessaire pour les travaux de maintenance et/ou de rénovation

Profil:

- Diplôme d’enseignement supérieur de type court ou long ou diplôme universitaire à orientation technique.
- Expérience de minimum 2 ans dans une fonction technique au sein du secteur de la construction ou de l’immobilier.
- Connaissances précises des techniques et des coûts de construction pour résidences à appartements et lotissements.
- Bonnes connaissances du marché de l’immobilier dans la zone de chalandise de l’entreprise et des acteurs de la construction.
- Capacités à planifier des projets immobiliers d’envergure et à les suivre tant d’un point de vue financier qu’organisationnel.
- Connaissances précises en matière de passation de commande et droit de la construction.
- Ambitieux, sens de la négociation, esprit critique, organisé, méthodique et rigoureux.
