Project Manager

Coordinating the execution of the projects in accordance with the project governance standards and project management methodology (adapted from Prince 2 and Agile);
- Manage the governance through regular project meetings, checkpoints and boards of assigned projects, keeping stakeholders informed with up-to-date information at all times and ensuring appropriate decision-making.
- Ensuring all relevant project management documentation, including a realistic plan agreed upon among all stakeholders;
- Managing the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs
- Managing the required change and approval processes, including the security accreditation process when applicable;
- Ensuring the project implementation in accordance with the scope, budget and man days specified in the project implementation documentation;
- Identifying and proactively addressing all dependencies, issues and risks affecting the project;
- Keeping overview and control of the budget and resources available to the project;
- Supervising the delivery of products and services by external suppliers.
- Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT
- PM Certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Scaled Agile or similar
- Experience with project and program management
- Proven knowledge of reporting methods
- Knowledge of planning and estimation techniques
- Fluency in English
