Project Manager

Lux-Advisory is a consulting firm specialized in project management and organization. Our consultants work on projects with very high added value in international contexts. To support the increase of our activity, we are currently looking for a **Project Manager**.

**Mission**

In support of the client’s Business Strategy and Project Management Division, the consultant will provide the following services and deliverables:

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and controlling, to closure, using appropriate delivery methodologies (traditional and/or Lean-Agile).
- Engage and manage project stakeholders, addressing their needs and expectations.
- Define business cases and project plans including scope, benefits, budget, resources, timeline, and quality plans.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure t imely resolution and prevent delays.
- Manage changes effectively, including change requests and adaptations in project scope by adopting the most appropriate delivery methodologies (traditional and Lean-Agile).
- Provide regular project status reports and updates to the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards by leveraging on both traditional reporting methods and Agile ceremonies e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint reviews.
- Proactively identify changes that impact people, processes, and tool adoption within the organization. When applicable, support the Change Manager to develop and implement change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure successful adoption.
- Foster team collaboration and productivity and resolve conflicts effectively; coordinate with external consultants and providers required for the execution of projects.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing project management in traditional and Lean-Agile settings, and contributing to the evolution of PMO best practices.

**Technical skills**
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management for financial institutions / capital markets with a focus on both traditional and Lean Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in delivering projects, through the full life cycle, involving technology and software solutions.
- Proven experience in managing engagements with third party vendors during project execution.
- Knowledge of financial systems i.e., Murex, Bloomberg, SWIFT.
- Experience in the following business areas: Financial Sector and Market Analysis, Economic Analysis, Funding, Asset Liabilities Management, Investment and Lending.
- Knowledge of the International organisation similar to the client’s business and operating model will be considered and advantage.
- Project Management and Lean-Agile certifications will be considered an advantage e.g., PMI, PM2, Prince2, MSP, SCRUM, SAFe.
- Delivering projects under an AGILE framework and/or ScrumMaster or Product Owner experience will be considered an advantage.
