**Who we’re looking for**

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT Corporate team in Luxembourg on a 6-month contract.

Adaptability is key in your role, as you will need to handle various tasks and navigate changing demands. Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders will be essential to ensure efficient collaboration and achieve collective objectives.

In addition to your analytical responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to improving the ways of working for the team. Your insights and suggestions will be valued as we strive for continuous improvement.

**What you’ll do**
- Business Analysis:

- Support Product Owners and Epic Owners/ Analysts to define and structure features and stories to be delivered by the Product team
- Lead analysis tasks which contribute to the delivery of working software required by the Product Owner
- Contribute to the analysis, development, build and testing of working software required by the Product Owner
- Operating Models:

- The creation of Target Operating Models (TOMs) for enterprise value streams or discrete business domains and functions, aligned to the firm’s strategic business, data and solutions architecture and in accordance with Lean principles
- Business Architecture:

- The design, roll out, governance and ownership of the Schroders Business Capability Model, Lifecycle view and other key Business Architecture artefacts
- Change Management:

- Creation of the business case for initiatives being considered, with the aim of concluding on the potential value add / cost-benefit analysis of embarking on that initiative. (Encompasses financial analysis, definition of business drivers, assessment of risks etc.)
- Advisory to the Steering Committee for projects / programmes of work with the aim of ensuring successful delivery, maintenance of strategic programme objectives and adherence to the agreed business architecture
- Creation of high-level plans / agile roadmaps to describe the necessary elements to achieve a target state
- Design of Product Service Model (PSM) aligned Agile delivery structures for change programmes
- Effective communication, interpretation and hand over of TOM output to agile delivery team
- Other:

- Facilitation of workshops
- Participate enthusiastically and effectively in Schroders Agile ceremonies
- Ensure continued improvement through conducting regular retrospective reviews and executing high priority actions that emerge
- Contribute to agile planning, including sizing stories, parsing feature to user stories etc.
- Work with colleagues from other agile teams and shared service teams to both communicate dependencies
- Support other team members to improve their analysis skills where it is their non-core specialism
- Perform the role of Scrum Master for the agile team if required to do so
