Founded in 1856, the Banque Internationale à Luxembourg is the oldest multi-business bank in the Grand Duchy. From its foundation, the BIL has always played an active role in the development of the Luxembourg economy. It currently operates in retail, private and corporate banking, as well as on major capital markets. Employing more than 1 800 people, the BIL is present in the financial hotspots that are Luxembourg, Switzerland, and China.
**Responsibilities**:
Within the Operations department, the team Operations monitoring and control is looking for a senior Operations monitoring officer.
**Your activities**:
- User Acceptance Testing support;
- During the UAT phase of GL22, in charge of assisting business testers: test cases management, HP ALM follow up, defect resolution follow-up;
- Responsible for reporting overall testing progress to management;
- Operations support - Post Go Live;
- In charge of accompanying transactional teams in the daily operations in T24;
- Responsible for identifying potential improvements in business processes in T24 such as automations or organizational changes.
Must Have Requirements
**Your Skills**:
- Master (Technology);
- Fluent in French and English;
- Successful experiences in project management;
- An implementation of T24 in a mid size bank is clearly an advantage.
