Middle Office Fund Operations Analyst

MISSIONS:

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Fund Operations Private Debt. Plusieurs fonds vous seront attribués, pour lesquels vous serez en charge de:
**Suivi de la performance**:

- Contribution à la modélisation de la performance des fonds et au suivi budgétaire ;
- Calcul et contrôle de la valeur liquidative (NAV) en relation avec les prestataires de services ;
- Contribution au reporting aux investisseurs.

**Transactions**:

- Coordination de la création de nouveaux fonds ;
- Participation à l'exécution des transactions ;
- Coordination des appels de fonds et des distributions.

**Contrôle et reporting**:

- Suivi des flux de trésorerie et de la capacité d'investissement ;
- Suivi des investissements (tirages, paiements d'intérêts, remboursements, etc.) ;
- Maintenance des bases de référence ;
- Analyses spécifiques à la demande des gestionnaires ou des clients.

**Opérations**:

- Sélection et suivi des relations avec les prestataires de services ;
- Coordination de la comptabilité et des paiements.

**Management**:

- Supervision des analystes ;
- Force de proposition pour l'amélioration des outils et des processus ;
- Animation de la communication entre les équipes et la direction générale.

You will join the Private Debt Fund Operations team (4 people) located in Milan. Several funds will be assigned to you for which you will be in charge of:
**Performance monitoring**:

- Contribution to modeling fund performance and budget monitoring;
- Calculation and control of NAV in relation with service providers;
- Contribution to investor reporting;
**Transactions**:

- Coordination of the creation of new funds;
- Participation in the execution of transactions;
- Coordination of fundraising appeals and distributions;
**Control and reporting**:

- Monitoring of cash flow and investment capacity;
- Monitoring of investments (drawings, interest payments, repayments, etc.);
- Maintenance of reference bases;
- Specific analyzes at the request of managers or clients;
**Operation**:

- Selection and monitoring of relationships with service providers;
- Coordination of accounting and payments;
**Management**:

- Supervision of analysts;
- Force of proposal for the improvement of tools and processes;
- Animation of communication between teams and senior management.

5 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires
Anglais & français courant
