Our client is a group of luxury retail shops, in strong growth. In order to reinforce their team, they are currently looking for a Financial Controller to improve business analysis and internal efficiency. More specifically, the Financial Controller will act as the Finance business partner of the General Manager of the company for the budget preparation, the preparation of the monthly reporting up to the EBITDA, the analysis of variances, the preparation and review of financial statements and in providing inputs to Management for taking adequate decisions.
**Role and responsibilities**:
Budget preparation for different retail entities.
Preparation of monthly reporting.
Preparation of monthly (periodic) controls on variances, implementation of KPIs.
Ad Hoc and detailed analysis on clients, suppliers and internal stock.
Review of year-end financial statements.
Business plans’ preparation.
Presentations and special projects for Group Management.
**Profile**:
Studies in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
**Languages**: French and English.
Previous experience in Controlling Departments of commercial companies, Big 4 or Internal Audit for a total experience of minimum 3 years.
Team working, analytical skills, etc.
