Foster a true business partnering approach by delivering insightful management information to business leaders, empowering strategic decision-making.Collaborate closely with Business Controllers and finance teams to deliver accurate management reporting, analytics, and day-to-day controlling activities such as performance reviews and revenue analysis.Coordinate financial controlling activities across service lines, acting as the Finance point of contact for business leaders, while also supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, while delivering periodic overhead cost analyses and ad-hoc complex business analyses (e.g., intercompany sales and pricing).Drive innovation through continuous improvements of financial controlling processes to maximise business development and returns. Hold a Master's degree from a University or Business School, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a finance department.Demonstrate strong communication and adaptation skills to interact effectively with people at different levels.Exhibit excellent organizational and analytical abilities, complemented by a methodical approach to problem-solving.Thrive as a great team player with a positive attitude, even in a challenging and fast-paced environment.Possess fluency in French and English, both oral and written, alongside strong computer literacy in tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
