The role
- Attend board and sub-investment committee meetings.
- Provide portfolio summaries and updates to the credit fund General Partners.
- Liaise with Investment Adviser throughout the investment decision and execution process
- Assist with the management of portfolio hedging
- Assist with liquidity modelling and analysis
- Assist with establishing governance frameworks where appropriate and ensure frameworks in place are operating as intended
- Assist with the management and monitoring of facilities, including compliance with loan documentation, revaluation triggers, scenario analysis, headrooms etc.
- Monitor investment performance
- Help maintain risk reporting frameworks and complete ongoing risk monitoring
- Prepare portfolio analysis / risk reporting and present to the board
- Assist with the quarterly valuation of all positions in the portfolios
- Assist with the implementation of suitable systems
- Report to AIFM conducting officers when needed
- Perform oversight and monitoring of delegated portfolio management service providers

The profile
- Extensive experience and comprehension of the Credit/Debt space
- Highly numerate and possess skills in all aspects of credit portfolio analysis, monitoring, and risk management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and be an effective team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
