**Description**:

- Function:
As a member of our HR team, this role enables you to actively support HR process in our Central North West region
- Act as key contact for employees for HR related questions
- Support people managers in their people responsibilities: provide operational support and business insights on recruitment, performance management, talent management and development;
- Actively support the creation of a high performance culture based upon Astron values;
- Actively contribute to maximizing people’s engagement through different HR initiatives
- Provide key insight regarding employment law, policies and practices
- Integral part of the role is to take care of the related administrative tasks
- Draft employment related documents (e.g. employment contracts)
- Be the point of contact with local administrations and providers (e.g. social security)
- Maintain people data in HR systems (holiday balances, absences

Profile:

- You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Economics
- You have a min 5 years of relevant work experience in industry
- You are curious and not afraid to try ; great learning skills
- You have the ability to influence others to work towards common business goal
- You have great organizational skills and a strong commitment to high quality
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English; French is considered an advantage
- You have the ability to solve problems / challenges in a friendly and open minded manner
