**Scope and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Finance team in maintaining the accounting of Luxembourg SPVs;
- Prepare annual financial statements;
- Cash management oversight on a portfolio of SPVs;
- Act as authorized signatories on payments;
- Be part of the coordination process of audit, consolidation and third parties' queries;
- Be part of various internal projects (automatization, processes documentation, training, etc.);
- Support the Finance team in various administrative tasks, data collection and management.

**Experience Required**
- 2 - 3 years' experience in Luxembourg accounting;
- Knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP is required;
- Experience in an Accounting and Administrative services Company or a Big4 audit firm is an asset;
- Knowledge of PE/RE industry is an asset:

- Experience of BOB50 software is ideal. Any other accounting software is considered as an asset.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting/Finance
- Fluent English.
