Investment Funds Officer Luxembourg **Your career at Deutsche Börse Group** **Your area of work**: Clearstream's investment funds services enable banks and other investment fund distributors to move towardsstandardization, automation, and straight-through processing of investment fund orders. The Investment FundsVestima Service Design and Implementation unit is a team dedicated to support client onboarding and processdesign around fund execution having direct collaboration with Sales-, Product - and Relationship ManagementTeams. In addition, and amongst other tasks the team manages and supports in - and external testing partneringwith stakeholders and driving automation of processes. **Your responsibilities**: - Customer on-boarding: scoping, migration planning and coordination - Support product enhancement and development - Active client communication and expectation management - Transfer Agent implementations: manage the migration to Vestima (order routing platform) and Central Facilityfor Funds (settlement service) together with clients - SWIFT 20022 testing & implementation - Partner with clients for end-to-end testing as well as performing internal testing for system enhancement **Your profile**: - University degree, BAC + 3 or 5 with orientation finance or economics - 3+ years relevant experience in the fund industry - Customer focus is essential - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Accuracy, curiosity, highly organized and flexible with problem solving skills - Ability to maintain up to date knowledge and assume responsibility, capacity to work independently, as wellunder pressure, and meet deadlines - Fluency in English (spoken and written) - SWIFT knowledge is an asset - French and/or German is an asset **Your competences**: - Work as a part of a diverse and friendly team - High level of organization and focus on accuracy - Good problem-solving skills and initiative - Ability to work independently - Flexibility and "Can Do" attitude **Why Deutsche Börse Group?** **Mobility** We enable you to move freely with our job tickets, job (e-)bikes and free parking opportunities. **Work environment** Collaboration, communication, or deep focus - in our modern office buildings you will find the perfect work environment.
