Trainee Junior Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Junior Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced and dynamic world of banking project management. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a variety of exciting projects, working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- **Advanced French and English language skills**:

- Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects
- Gather and analyze project requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and contribute to creating project plans and documentation
- Manage project tasks and timelines, track progress, and identify and address potential issues
- Support communication between project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and prepare reports
- Conduct research and prepare presentations as needed
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your project management skills and knowledge

**Profile required**:
**Operational skills**
- **Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field**:

- **Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**:

- **Interest in the banking industry**:

- **Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) a plus**

**Behavioral skills**
- **Strong organizational and time management skills**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:
