**Mission**:
As part of the Group Project Management Office, your mission will be to implement and develop our capability and competency framework across the group. You will lead ArcelorMittal Project Management Academy and Community.
You will also contribute to the assessment of projects and the development of procedures and best practices (CIPM).

**Main accountabilities**:
Your mission will be to:
- Develop and maintain the project management curriculum in partnership with our partner.
- Develop an internal faculty and train the trainers
- Develop and maintain ArcelorMittal Project Management competency framework
- Evaluate and Certify Professional Project Managers
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members
- Project Management Academy and PM Community animation
**Education & experience**:
- Degree in Engineering is desired but not essential.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in the field of professional development, coaching and course development in support of Project Management.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Open-minded change manager with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel and able to work with different cultures, be flexible and respectful
- Advanced English is a prerequisite, advanced knowledge of an additional language would be an asset.
- Solid relationship management and influencing skills, coupled with written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Initiative, ownership and accountability
