We are seeking an Audit Business Analyst
Audit Innovation is a growing team within the Audit practice. Audit lies in the middle of an ever-changing environment and new technologies are now mature enough to disrupt the whole profession. The Audit Innovation team leads innovation within the practice and supports the different Audit departments in their efforts towards digitalization and automation. To support the increasing number of concrete ongoing projects, the team is looking for Audit Business Analysts to increase its capacity.
What you will be working on
Be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the Audit Business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders;
Be part of one of the different 6 audit teams while being the point of contact with our innovation hub Managers;
During the 2 first years and to fully understand business needs, you will have exposure to diverse assignments such as statutory audit engagements, due diligence reviews, internal audit reviews and external audit reviews;
Identify bottle necks and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency within the daily work;
Support the Project Managers in the interactions with the internal and external stakeholders;
Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions.
What we look for
Recently graduate or soon-to-be graduate with an University Degree in Computer Science Technology;
Demonstrates good writing skills and is able to prepare documents for audit teams;
Has a knowledge of audit tools, procedures and related current issues;
Has an innovative approach and is technology driven;
Loves solving problems and thinks outside of the box;
Quick learner with an appetite for innovative technologies such as Data & Analytics;
Good time management, consensus creation, and moderation skills
Has a perfect command of English (spoken and written) and speaks French or German fluently
