**Your Responsibilities**|** Banking - Law - Attorney - Finance - Capital Markets - Legal**
- You will be **drafting**, **reviewing**, and **negotiating** key transaction documents such as loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions.
- You will be **advising** clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance, and syndicated lending.
- Provide **regulatory** **advice** related to financial services, banking laws, and capital markets regulations in Luxembourg and other relevant jurisdictions will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will **assist** with the structuring of complex financing deals in collaboration with tax, corporate, and fund specialists.
- It will be asking you to **coordinate** and liaise with clients, opposing lawyers, banks, financial institutions, and public authorities.
- You will **contribute** to client development initiatives and support partners in business development and thought leadership efforts.

- To gain a solid understanding of your new environment, you have **at least 5 years** of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer **within a law firm** in Luxembourg. Experience in a law firm in Luxembourg is a prerequisite for our client.
- Fluency in both **French** and **English** is essential to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties. Any additional language is considered an asset.
- Strong **organizational skills** and a proactive mindset are key to performing well in this role, especially when it comes to meeting deadlines.
