Pour accompagner notre croissance et renforcer notre équipe People & Culture, nous recherchons un-e **Talent Spotter**passionné-e par le recrutement et motivé-e à construire des relations durables avec nos futurs collègues.
**Ton rôle au quotidien**
En collaboration avec les différents Managers, tu contribueras à **détecter et intégrer les talents qui feront grandir Devoteam**. Tes missions incluront:
- Publier et suivre nos offres d’emploi sur les bons canaux (jobboards, réseaux sociaux, etc.);
- Comprendre les besoins des départements pour trouver **le bon profil au bon moment;**:
- Sourcer de manière proactive via nos outils (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS interne, jobboards )
- Gérer l’ensemble du process dans notre ATS, du premier contact à l’offre finale et la rédaction du contrat;
- Assurer le premier check-in durant la phase d'onboarding;
**Profil recherché**
Nous recherchons avant tout quelqu'un de curieux-se, souriant-e et prêt-e à relever des défis.
- Issu(e) d’une licence/bachelier ou Master dans le domaines des Ressources Humaines, tu disposes d’une première expérience en recrutement, idéalement dans le monde du conseil IT (Stage de fin d'études ou 1er emploi)
- Tu as idéalement de l'expérience dans la chasse et l’approche directe de profils IT ;
- Tu es capable de gérer plusieurs tâches, missions et priorités (gérer plusieurs recherches, différentes étapes du cycle de recrutement en même temps)
- Tu es à l’aise avec les outils collaboratifs M365 (et Google) ;
- Tu aimes travailler en équipe, les challenges collectifs te motivent et nous pouvons compter sur toi en toute confiance ;
- Autonome, force de proposition (on aime innover), rigoureux(se) sont des traits de personnalité qui te caractérisent ;
- Tu t’exprimes couramment en Français ET Anglais et disposes de très bonnes compétences en communication, tu es capable d’adapter ton discours à différents interlocuteurs ;
- Tu as des qualités rédactionnelles, une grande capacité à apprendre et une appétence pour l’innovation (notamment l'IA).
