**Your Responsibilities **|** Compliance Officer - PFS - Legal - Compliance**
- You elaborate, prepare and improve AML/KYC checklists and risk assessment procedures and relating documentation.
- You perform in debt screenings for client onboardings and transactions;
- You initiate and supervise AML, FATCA and CRS Compliance procedures;
- You maintain and update the client database and periodically engage in data quality monitoring;
- You report on internal and external compliance matters including suspicious activity and various business transactions.

**Profile and Career Path **|** Compliance Officer - PFS - Legal - Compliance**
- You possess at least **3 years’** experience as a **Compliance Specialist** within a local PFS, Fiduciary or ManCo.
- You have successfully graduated from a law or finance degree (or comparable studies);
- You are fluent in French but also English and comfortable in an international business environment.
- Your pro-active and analytical personality constitutes your strength, and make you a pragmatic and detailed oriented person.
