Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer - PFS - Legal - Compliance

You elaborate, prepare and improve AML/KYC checklists and risk assessment procedures and relating documentation.

You perform in debt screenings for client onboardings and transactions;
You initiate and supervise AML, FATCA and CRS Compliance procedures;
You maintain and update the client database and periodically engage in data quality monitoring;
You report on internal and external compliance matters including suspicious activity and various business transactions.

Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer - PFS - Legal - Compliance

You possess at least 3 years’ experience as a Compliance Specialistwithin a local PFS, Fiduciary or ManCo.

You have successfully graduated from a law or finance degree (or comparable studies);
You are fluent in French but also English and comfortable in an international business environment.

Your pro-active and analytical personality constitutes your strength, and make you a pragmatic and detailed oriented person.
