The EMEA Client Implementations function is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of new Custody & Funds business for Securities Services Operations. Within this team, the Client Onboarding Lead Analyst is assigned a wide variety of programme and project activity. **Responsibilities** - Liaise with client and internal partners (Sales/Client Executive/Product/Operations) to understand the client's service needs in order to match them to Citi’s delivery capabilities - Coordinate a wide range of activity and event-based projects in the EMEA region such as new client migrations, new promoter or portfolio manager set-up, fund / sub-fund launches, mergers, RIK/SIK and liquidations - Agree implementation timetables/runbooks and ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed of progress on a timely basis - Ensure operational readiness to enable smooth cutover to ‘BAU’ operating model - Deal with risks and issues in a transparent manner by ensuring they are promptly identified, escalated and reported - Maintain a pristine risk and controls environment through adherence to, and enhancement of, established governance procedures **Experience and Skills** - Minimum 10 years’ experience in Custody or Funds business - Good working knowledge of project management methodology - Extensive practical experience delivering client change - Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal/external stakeholders at multiple levels - Well-developed interpersonal skills, including an aptitude for influencing and negotiating - Ability to interact confidently with senior management - Solid analytical and documentation skills - Highly motivated and self-reliant, with demonstrable initiative and flexibility - Demonstrates high levels of diligence and resilience - Willingness to occasionally work extended/irregular hours - Proficient in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of impact finance and hybrid funds would be advantageous - Fluency in English (written and spoken) **Education** - Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics or related discipline - **Job Family Group**: Customer Service - **Job Family**: Institutional Client Onboarding - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
